When alcohol can be used as an escape from societal pressures that is usually experienced. These may be affecting livelihood or your personal life. The ingestion of alcohol above the amount the body can manage leads to issues including nausea, liver damage, and other states.

Long-term effects

  • Liver damage and cirrhosis of the liver;
  • Brain cells die, decreasing brain mass;
